Get unlimited online storage to access your files everywhere with Gspace

If you struggling with low DISC/DVD/CD space to storage your files, videos, music etc, you may consider about storage your data on independent medium online. That storage medium is Gmail. Yes, Gmail offer unlimited storage space to all registered Gmail users if you know how to use it. To build this storage space on Gmail you need Firefox browser and Gspace – Firefox extension.

Gspace is a Firefox extension, similar to Gmail Drive on Windows Platform. You will need Firefox browser to use Gspace. With Gspace you can turn your Gmail account into online storage tool stuffed with handy features. You can now manage unlimited Gmail accounts to store all type of files within its simple, user friendly interface.

Gspace can be downloaded from HERE. You must first install the Gspace. Then, open your Firefox browser and go to: Tools –> Gspace to run it. Gspace console is divided in 4 key areas for managing files: My Computer / My Gspace / Transfers / Status. You need to enter your Gmail details through Manage Accounts option. Gspace features:

  • File Transfer Mode: download/upload
  • Player Mode: listen to your stored music files using Gspace built-in media player
  • Photo Mode: view and browse through pictures and albums stored on Gspace

    Gspace is great. I have been using it for a while now. The only problem I have had with it is that you can only upload 500 files per day(don’t quote me on that number but I think thats it). That may seen like a lot but if you want to backup a program that has a lot of files this could become a problem.
