Apple confirms rumors for new iPod Touch player. Rumors are almost two iPod generations old. Now officially – iPod touch has new look which is similar to iPhone.

The only difference in design is back side of this device. It has metal plate, not like iPhone which has plastic back plate. Buttons for volume is moved on the side of the device. Also new iPod has built-in speaker for “loud” reproduction of music. Battery life is 36 hours in “playing music mode” and 6 hours “playing video mode”.

Prices on American market is $230, $300 and $400 which depends of memory capacity of 8, 16, 32 GB.
