Newbie Windows tips: How to delete files permanently (without Undo option) in Windows

By Detector | 13 December 2008

Sometimes we delete files accidentally or with simple delete step so maybe if we need the same file, picture or song in the feature we will look inside Recycle Bin and will get it back. But what if we want to delete something permanently, pictures, documents, music, videos or anything on your computer and buried it forever???

The solution is “Shift+Delete”. Select the file or files that you want to delete and press Shift+Delete to do the operation. After this there is no Undo option, so if you want to delete something permanently think twice before the Shift+Delete action.
