Yahoo Mail start anti-spam battle

Spam is a major problem in the internet world, and Yahoo, as many other similar companies, is trying to improve the spam filter on their e-mail service. New Gmail users have probably experienced revival, because of Google’s excellent spam filtering. It seems that Yahoo fears of further migration of users, so they decided to take action in problem with spam.

So they signed a contract with Abaca Company, which should assist in quality and more efficient filtering spam with their solutions. Also, yahoo will be used the services of company Return Path in order to know exactly what is happening with e-mail submitted by users of Yahoo Mail.

Yahoo also invites all Yahoo mail users to use the buttons Spam and Not Spam, because, ultimately, the users are the best spam filter, and they repair errors of Yahoo anti-spam tools.
