You can found this beautiful themes on Bisigi. Here is the install instructions:

1. First you must add the repository to your Software Sources. Go to System / Administration / Software Sources and click add this lines according to your Ubuntu version:

For Ubuntu 8.04 + (8.10, 9.10, 10.04):
Open terminal and enter this commands line by line:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:bisigi
sudo aptitude update
sudo aptitude install bisigi-themes

Next, go to System -> Preferences -> Appearance to set your themes.
