China blocks YouTube – again !?

China is not afraid of the Internet, Internet is afraid of China – it is an opinion of one Chinese blogger.

It’s been a year since the last block for YouTube in China. Last reason was video of a protest in Tibet, but, this time there is no explanation.

China is a country with most Internet population – as many as 300 million Chinese have Internet access, and the total is 100 million leading blogs. But these days from unknown reason internet citizens in China reasons cannot access YouTube.com. That information was confirmed by Google.

There is only one explanation of this move – Foreign Minister Qin Gang said that “China is not afraid of the Internet, but the facilities that could contribute to the spread of harmful content must be regulated by law”.
