Gnome DO – new version 0.8.1 ready for download

GNOME Do is an Linux launcher utility that offers a minimalistic, task-oriented application, documents and multimedia launcher. Gnome DO is super powerful, pluginable (a plugin framework can be used to extend the number of behaviors like: launching applications and opening files or folders, posting messages to Twitter, look up stock quotes, add appointments to a Google calendar, play songs, movies and perform a wide range of other useful and multimedia tasks), intuitive peace of software and once you try it you will use it all the time. Whats new on 0.8.1? This version is bug fixes release: fixed 38 bugs, added 8 translations and few plugins

Gnome Do – Docky, has smoother animation and appearance improvements and more polished icons. We spot a new analog clock option on docky interface (Docky is new interface presented in Gnome Do 0.8 – read more here), right click icon improvements, added few more plugins – youtube and emesene, new way to remove icon from dock – just drag outside from dock (note, you cannot remove icons of running applications) and other improvements.
